This site (northlysales.com) is operated by Northly Group, a Canadian social media publisher. It lets advertisers, agencies and brands browse our rates, build campaign proposals and send them to our team.

Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

Proposals you save: the campaigns you build (selected properties, quantities, dates, budgets and notes) are stored so you can come back to them.

Proposal requests: when you press Request Proposal, we store the contact details you enter (name, email, optional phone, agency and advertiser) together with a permanent copy of the proposal.

Client Portal: for clients we have given portal access, we record sign-ins to keep the account secure.

Technical data: essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your draft, and basic request logs (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

To show you your saved proposals, to prepare and send you a formal proposal when you ask for one, to contact you about that request, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Only the service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email notifications to our team). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.

Northly Group staff see proposal requests and saved proposals in order to respond to you.

Saved proposals are kept while your account is active. Submitted proposal requests are kept as business records of what was quoted.

You can ask us to delete your account and saved proposals, or for a copy of your information, by emailing asad@northlygroup.com.

You can browse pricing, build a campaign and request a proposal without signing in. You can sign out at any time, and you can remove this site's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
